Shipping Options

We offer USPS 3-day shipping options, which can be selected at checkout. Orders placed after noon EST will be processed on the next business day. Deliveries are typically made Wednesday through Friday.

Local Pickup and Delivery

For MetroWest area customers, pickup is available at our Framingham location Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 6 pm. We also offer delivery arranged by contacting us at (508)308-8720

Chocolates Made Fresh To Order

We make our very best effort to ensure that every order goes out within 1-3 business days as our chocolates are handmade fresh to order.

Shipping Schedule

Our main shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to help prevent chocolates from melting while in transit or at a facility without temperature control. By avoiding weekend shipping, we reduce the chance of chocolates being exposed to non-temperature-controlled conditions. Depending on the weather, we may also decide to delay shipments to protect product quality. Our goal is for you to receive our delicious, award-winning chocolates in perfect condition. Shipping schedules may be adjusted as needed to ensure the highest product quality.

No Melt Shipping Guarantee

Worried about warm weather? With our No Melt Guarantee, there’s no need! Our team carefully monitors temperatures along your delivery route and will pack your chocolates with ice packs as needed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, regardless of the heat. If any chocolates do melt during transit, we’ll replace them and reship at no additional cost to you

General Shipping Details

We typically cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses, so please provide an alternative delivery address. If an address is entered incorrectly, any extra costs or reshipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility. Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot guarantee Monday deliveries, as weather conditions prevent us from shipping over the weekend. Orders are shipped via third-party carriers like UPS and FedEx, so any delays due to weather, air traffic, mechanical issues, incorrect addresses, or other factors are beyond our control.
